The Garden Beach Ayurveda Resort is located about 2 hours by car southwest of Colombo - right by the sea. The Resort impresses you at once with its direct beach location and with only 10 rooms, each with an ocean views. The sound of the sea accompanies your day. The overall concept, which puts the Ayurveda cure in the foreground, enables us to cater to each of our guests individually. With full occupancy this are usually 15 guests. Therefore we can care for you completly with all the comfort of modern life with Singhalese echoes and the advantages of traditional Ayurveda.
